Premier League table 2021/22: Latest standings, fixtures, results for gameweek 7 - Chelsea top

Chelsea go into the international break top of the table after another brilliant weekend of action the Premier League.

The Blues beat Southampton 3-1 at Stamford Bridge on Saturday and are one point ahead of Liverpool after they drew 2-2 with Manchester City at Anfield on Sunday.

City are third, while Manchester United stay in the top four despite being held to a 1-1 draw by Everton at Old Trafford on Saturday.

Tottenham moved up to eighth after beating Aston Villa 2-1 on Sunday, while Brentford are up to seventh following their dramatic 2-1 win at West Ham.
