Rangers transfer round-up as Kenny McLean Norwich fee 'set' and Ianis Hagi agents 'target Jose Mourinho'

Kenny McLean's apparent valuation at Norwich has been "set" as Rangers consider a move for the experienced star.

The midfielder has emerged as a reported target for Philippe Clement this summer as the manager continues his overhaul of his squad and seeks know-how to add to the young players he's brought in. The likes of Oscar Cortes, Clinton Nsiala and Connor Barron have all arrived and McLean is next on the shortlist.

The 32-year-old still has two years left on his Carrow Road deal, though, and with that comes a further 12 month option should the Canaries wish to keep hold of him.

The PinkUn state that "any offer would need to be substantial" while new boss Johannes Hoff Thorup also has to assess the player with the new season around the corner.

Cyriel Dessers, meanwhile, is reportedly wanted by PAOK in Greece with the player in "advanced talks" over what would be a shock exit.

A possible replacement for the Nigerian, Hamza Igamane, is one who should arrive in the coming days with an announcement believed to be imminent for the Moroccan centre-forward.

Manager Nasreddine Nabi has blamed the fact that his club, Far Rabat, failed to win their title due to injury to Igamane. "We suffered from a large number of injuries in the final matches and that ultimately cost us," he said. "For example, we were missing Hamza Igamane, along with other important players, Hamzou Sawabi, Khaled Ait Orkhan, who are the backbone of my team. It's not just their skills, but tactically they are all important to us. We suffered a lot due to the loss of those important players."

And Ianis Hagi may be on the way out of the club this summer on a permanent switch with Fenerbahce an option.

The Romanian has handed his agents the reins to find his next deal and representative Victor Becali has admitted the Turkish giants could be possible.

"We cannot confirm now that Ianis will end up at Fenerbahce, but anything can happen. Mourinho will bring players for over 100,000,000 euros. This is the record budget that Fener makes available and will bring very, very valuable players. He is one of the best coaches in the world."
