Reading Buses have confirmed that they are to depart later than usual after the match to allow supporters to enjoy the celebrations on 'Dia Del Jefe.'

After turning around a season which looked doomed for relegation to League Two for the first time in over 40 years, the Royals confirmed their safety with two matches remaining.

To recognise the job done by manager Ruben Selles, against a backdrop of off-field turmoil, the final day against Blackpool has been dubbed 'Dia Del Jefe'- Boss' Day.

A new banner, which was fundraised for by supporters, new themed beer and plenty of paella are on offer while Blackpool look for the win they need to sneak into the play-offs.

A bumper crowd of more than 18,000 is expected at the SCL Stadium, with kick-off moved forward to 12.30pm across the division.

On the way to the game, buses will depart two hours earlier than their usual time for a 3pm kick-off.

However, the buses after the match will stay stationary for an 'extra 10 minutes' to allow the players to do their Lap of Appreciation and Player of the Season to be awarded.

There has also been some confusion around M4 motorway closures, which come into affect this weekend.

However, the club have confirmed that these are not starting until 9pm, so should have no impact on those travelling too and from the football.
