Reading Football Club have put season tickets for next season on sale.

Crowds have been on the up in recent months and the support has remained steadfast despite 18 months of off-field fear and uncertainty.

However, with news that Dai Yongge has agreed exclusivity with a buyer, thoughts turn to the future and tickets for the 2024/25 campaign (hopefully in League One).

Prices are to be slightly increased for some, with matchday operating costs set to increase by up to 5 per cent.

For some, a rise of £10 to £15 can be expected, but not every age category has been hit.

In the Lower West and Sir John Madejski Stands, the most popular places to sit, adult renewal prices before this season were £400. This is now £415 for the campaign to come.

However, for adults renewing in the Eamonn Dolan Stand, this has increased by just £10 on last season.

On average, it still works out at no more than £20 per adult per match with a season ticket.

Supporters have until June 14 to renew their season ticket, with a period for those wanting to move their current seat beginning and all tickets back on sale from June 19.
