Real Madrid fans have voted in favour of bringing Harry Kane to replace Cristiano Ronaldo.
Ronaldo left Real Madrid this summer in a shock £88m move to Juventus after nine years with the club, where he won the Champions League four times and La Liga twice.
The club have been linked with plenty of players over the course of the summer, including Robert Lewandowski, Eden Hazard, Kylian Mbappe and Neymar Jr. So far, though, they have brought in Andriy Lunin, Álvaro Odriozola and Vinicius Junior, with no direct replacement for their departed star striker.

While Florentino Perez and new coach Julen Lopetegui are working on the rest of their summer transfer plans, Spanish newspaper Marca has run a poll to see which player the club’s fans want to be brought in as their new star.
After 200,000 fans cast their vote, the paper released their top eight players in contention. Harry Kane was the clear favourite on 26%, while Edinson Cavani, Mauro Icardi and Lewandowski were also mentioned.
The full list is below:
Harry Kane – 26%
Edinson Cavani – 14%
Mauro Icardi – 14%
Mariano – 12%
Robert Lewandowski – 12%
Alvaro Morata – 8%
Rodrigo – 6%
Other – 5%
Roberto Firmino – 2%
Kane is unlikely to leave Spurs this summer. He signed a new contract with the club worth £60m, and with Mauricio Pochettino still at the club, a new stadium, and Champions League football this season, there is no reason to expect him to leave.
Clubs outside the Premier League have a deadline of 31 August 2018, while English clubs have until 9 August.
