The Frenchman, who signed for the club from Monaco in 2015, is looking for his 25th Premier League goal.

As soon as he finds it, it triggers a £8.9m kick-back for his former club as part of an agreement reached when the deal was struck to bring him to England three years ago.

The French club have been waiting patiently and the good news for their bean counters is that Martial has history against Liverpool of course.
