Bobby Vincent answered all of your Chelsea-related questions in the latest Q&A on football.london. As always with the Blues, there is so much to talk about and debate, and that was what happened in the Q&A session - as you can read in the full transcript below...

Ethan asked: "Good afternoon. Is there any update on the striker position?"

Bobby replied: "Nothing ground-breaking on the striker front. I have been told not to completely rule out the possibility of Jhon Duran, so keep an eye on that one.

"Initial talks were held with the representatives of Jonathan David. I understand Chelsea were also in contact with Lille to try and gather a price range. Marc Guiu, though, is close to joining and that should be announced fairly soon."

Thernose: "Any news on left wingers?"

Bobby: "Nope, that is fairly quiet since the Michael Olise news (albeit he is a right winger). Nico Williams is someone the club really like - and from the Euros thus far it is easy to understand why - but wage demands were an issue. So, fairly quiet on that front unfortunately but I do expect it to heat up at some point."

Ethan: "Do Chelsea have genuine interest in Riccardo Calafiori?"

Bobby: "As of now, nothing to report on Riccardo Calafiori. It would not surprise me one bit, though, if he is someone the club have looked at. He definitely fits the profile."

Mucyo05: "Will Chelsea start pre-season this week? Can you provide a shortlist of players who are leaving and joining the team? Also, what is the future of players like Levi Colwill, Benoit Badiashile, Marc Cucurella and Ben Chilwell if Chelsea sign another left-back?

"Also, when will Enzo Maresca have an interview? Can he suggest a player [to the sporting directors], and in which position do you think needs a player the most?"

Bobby: "1. Yes. Players are returning to Cobham today. Albeit a select few, which brings me onto your next question.

"2. It will be mostly youngsters from the academy but there may well be a few senior players there. The likes of Levi Colwill, Raheem Sterling and Ben Chilwell, because they didn't get picked for the England squad, are due back soon.

"3. Colwill is not going anywhere, no matter what happens with bringing in a left-back. I do not expect Chilwell or Marc Cucurella to leave the club anytime soon either. Benoit Badiashile has no intention of leaving and the feeling is very mutual on that front.

"4. We're not sure on the Enzo Maresca interview just yet but that may well become clearer over the next few days.

"5. Maresca can of course suggest a player to the two co-sporting directors. They are in constant dialogue, as they were with Mauricio Pochettino. For me, the striker area is the one that needs the most attention right now."

Eberechukwu: "What is the update on our defence, and striker? Also, an update on Kepa Arrizabalaga?"

Bobby: "Defence: Club are interested in Murillo and have held initial talks with his representatives. Nottingham Forest, though, are likely to demand 'way over' £50million I'm told so from Chelsea's perspective, they would try and drive that price down as much as possible.

"Striker: Talks held with Jonathan David's representatives over a move this summer and contact with Lille about the signing. But nothing to really add on that front. Do not rule out Jhon Duran was the message to me last week as well.

"Kepa: He has less than 12 months remaining on his contract. Chelsea will look to sell him this summer. Club desperately need to get a fee for him over the next two months otherwise there is every chance he leaves on a free. I'm told numerous Spanish clubs hold an interest in the goalkeeper."

Akshatsharma: "On the No.9 hunt; if Jhon Duran, Victor Osimhen, Dominic Solanke etc. aren't very active at the moment, do you think Chelsea will turn back to some of our old targets like Dusan Vlahovic?

"The guy has two years left on his contract and it seems like one of our sporting directors really like him. Could there be a mystery striker that nobody really knows about? Lack of striker news seems to be a concern for many fans at the moment..."

Bobby: "I agree; the lack of striker news at the moment is quite bizarre. That makes me think there are things happening in the background that just haven't been leaked to us yet. As for Dusan Vlahovic, it would not be the most shocking thing in the world, no.

"You're right, they have liked him in the past so there is already plenty of data for the sporting directors to look at in that regard. But even with two years left on his contract, Juventus would command a hefty fee and his wage demands could force Chelsea to re-think."

Hapukudt: "Tactically speaking; will getting a new midfielder bring problems in terms of game time?"

Bobby: "It's an interesting one. Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall is being brought in largely because of his relationship with Enzo Maresca and the head coach's trust in him. But is he really going to drop Enzo Fernandez or Moises Caicedo? It's difficult to say.

"Either way, Chelsea need a deep squad next season with the added European responsibility. Plus, we saw how many injury problems there were last season so there is nothing to suggest Dewsbury-Hall will be short of game time in his first season at Stamford Bridge."

MrMJK: "Are Lesley Ugochukwu, Wesley Fofana, Romeo Lavia, Christopher Nkunku and Reece James [when his suspension ends] fully okay now? Seems like Enzo Fernandez is over his injury and playing well in Copa America. Has Enzo Maresca put anything in place to stop all of these injuries?"

Bobby: "It is Enzo's first official day today, so time will tell whether he has put anything together to combat the injuries. When I spoke to someone a couple of months ago re Wesley Fofana, they seemed quite hopeful he would be back for pre-season and be fit enough to take at least some part, so hopefully that is the case. Lesley Ugochukwu is fine now. Christopher Nkunku and Reece James, too. We will have to see on Romeo Lavia."

John3489: "Is there any concrete interest in Calafiori? Also, is there any chance we sign Nico Williams/Jadon Sancho?"

Bobby: "Nothing I have heard on Calafiori. Nico Williams is someone the club really like but his wage demands are believed to be too high. Whether Chelsea change their approach, I don't know yet. I've not heard anything on Jadon Sancho."

Amudo30: "You all have been awfully quiet about Raheem Sterling..."

Bobby: "Quiet because there's not much to say. I think he'll be staying at Chelsea for at least one more season."

199970: "What are Chelsea doing about their medical problems? We have the players that can compete for any trophy, but something needs to be done with the medical team and equipment to stop the injury to the players."

Bobby: "I understand the club did launch an investigation into what was happening last season. The training methods were definitely looked at but it's hard to say what they can do with that information now that a new head coach is in place."
