MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia's Olympic Committee said on Thursday it had recommended that former Russian Athletics Federation head Valentin Balakhnichev resign as a member of the committee executive. (Reporting by Lidia Kelly; Editing by Jack Stubbs)
