Super Zebras hit 10 to take County Cup

SHERBORNE Town Ladies Under-15s ended the season as County Cup winners after an impressive 10-2 win over Dorchester Town Under-15s at Hamworthy.

The County Cup is the seventh trophy in three seasons for the Zebras.

Sherborne’s ladies, sponsored by Battens Solicitors and Morton New Estate Agents, are currently enjoying their first season in the Junior Premier League (JPL).

Manager Justin Walbrin said: “It was a great final for the girls. Nothing scares this squad, and they played some very mature football throughout.

“The club and I are extremely proud of them all, and we now eagerly look forward to a successful new season.”

Experienced new players are invited to attend trials for the team on Tuesday, 4th, and Thursday, June 6 in Carey’s Field, Sherborne. To attend, please fill in this form.
