Patrick van Aanholt (Crystal Palace) – £14

Fixture: Sunderland (H)

Van Aanholt made an impressive debut in midweek for Crystal Palace who registered their first clean sheet under Sam Allardyce. The former England manager again deployed three centre backs with Van Aanholt fielded in the left wing-back role, so the Dutchman was able to spend most of the game attacking in the opposition’s half which bodes well for fantasy managers.

Next up is a home tie against his former employers Sunderland. David Moyes has said he is looking forward to playing against Van Aanholt on Saturday but the Dutchman will be relishing the opportunity to get on the score sheet and pile further misery on the Black Cats.

Since the start of last season, no defender has scored more Premier League goals than Van Aanholt (7) and Big Sam will be confident of another clean sheet given that Sunderland have failed to score in their last three matches.

Wilfried Zaha (Crystal Palace) – £17

Fixture: Sunderland (H)

Zaha returned to the Palace line up in midweek having been on international duty with the Ivory Coast at the Africa Cup of Nations. Back in the Premier League midweek, he was a constant threat for the Eagles giving the Bournemouth defenders a torrid time with his pace and trickery. He came close to scoring, rattling the post from a long-range strike.

It won’t be long before we see Zaha’s name on the score sheet again and a plum home tie against Sunderland is the perfect opportunity. He’ll be looking to add to his tally of 4 goals and 4 assists in his most productive Premier League season to date.

Troy Deeney (Watford) – £15

Fixture: Burnley (H)

Deeney is a striker in form with 2 goals in his last 2 league matches and Watford face a Burnley side who have an abysmal away record this season. They sit 20th in the table when it comes to away form having picked up just a solitary point on their travels – a striking statistic when you consider they sit 3rd in the table for home form with 28 points gained at Turf moor.

Watford come into this fixture high on confidence on the back of a famous victory over Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium in midweek, which was the first time they have ever beaten the Gunners in the Premier League. Captain Deeney will hope to lead his troops to another three points on Saturday afternoon.

Gabriel Jesus (Manchester City) – £15

Fixture: Swansea (H)

Jesus has made an instant impact at Manchester City – bagging a goal and an assist in his full debut against West Ham on Wednesday. This followed an impressive cameo appearance from the bench v Spurs in the 2-2 draw two weeks ago.

Fantasy favourite Sergio Aguero had to be content with a place on the bench against the Hammers in what could be the first major sign of a changing of the guard at the Etihad. Given his impressive display in midweek, Jesus is unlikely to be dropped from the starting line-up so it will be interesting to see whether Guardiola starts with two up front in Jesus and Aguero or whether the latter will again be a spectator.

Swansea have shown signs of improvement under new manager Paul Clement but Manchester City were very impressive in their 4-0 demolition of West Ham and a similar performance is likely on Sunday.
