Liverpool has seen three more Premier League fixtures change at the start of the new season with the opening match against Ipswich Town already having been confirmed as the early kick-off on the first weekend of 2024/25.

The following weekend, Liverpool will host Brentford at Anfield. That game, which will be Arne Slot's first competitive game at home, will take place at 4.30pm UK time on Sunday, August 25.

The heavyweight clash at Old Trafford against Manchester United will be the following Sunday (September 1). A kick-off time has not yet been confirmed but it will be either 2pm or 4.30pm in the UK, in all likelihood.

Following that, Liverpool will have two matches in the traditional Saturday 3pm (UK time) slot. Against Nottingham Forest and then Bournemouth, the Reds will not be shown on television in the UK as a result.

The match away at Wolves on Saturday, September 28 will be a 5.30pm kick-off in the UK. Aside from the visit to Ipswich, in the UK, the games that have been moved will be on Sky Sports. The opening fixture will be on TNT Sports.

Liverpool.com says: There are no major surprises there. Having two 3pm Saturday games in a row doesn't occur often for Liverpool but that will happen in the middle of September just after the first dreaded international break.
