The NBA Draft starts tonight. Several college and international players will have their professional basketball dreams come true tonight when they hear Adam Silver call their names. For fans, tonight and tomorrow will dictate their favorite team's future and whether or not they should feel proud to support the organization they root for.

All those mocks, predictions, and rumors come down to tonight. The Atlanta Hawks are just hours away from making the first overall pick. Here's when the draft officially starts.

What time does the draft start and when do teams pick?

The first round begins tonight at 8 p.m. ET, with the first pick being made shortly after. The second round begins tomorrow afternoon, at 4 p.m. ET.

During the draft, each team will have five minutes to make their selections in the first round. That number decreases to four minutes in the second round. All in all, the first round should take between three and four hours with television commercial time included.
