Arsenal, Tottenham and Chelsea continue to be linked with some serious spending to kick off the summer transfer window. The cash is set to be splashed on the likes of Yves Bissouma and Djed Spence, while Vitinha and Ousmane Dembele links also doing the rounds.
The Gunners are keen to improve their frontline with interest in Gabriel Jesus, Marco Asensio and Raphinha reportedly high. Over the other side of north London, Spurs are wasting no time in bolstering Antonio Conte’s squad and Spence is tipped to join while there is reported interest in Raphinha, Richarlison and Allan Saint-Maximin.
Chelsea’s transfer activity is finally getting underway too in the form of moves for Jules Kounde, Gabriel Slonina and Barcelona free agent Dembele. Chelsea have cut their demands in half to allow Romelu Lukaku to return to Inter on loan, reports Goal.com.

The 26-year-old joined Villarreal on loan in January and while the club’s CEO Fernando Roig Negueroles has confirmed they are keen to bring Lo Celso back to Spain, no progress on that front has yet been made.

Porto have rejected a transfer bid for Arsenal target Vitinha, club president Pinto da Costa has confirmed.
The Portuguese midfielder has a £35million release clause in his contract amid interest from the Gunners, Manchester United and Barcelona.
It was reported this week by Record that the Gunners are the only club willing to meet that demand, before Da Costa admitted an offer had landed from an unnamed club below the asking price.

Torreira’s move to Fiorentina falls through

Arsenal’s Lucas Torreira has been left in limbo after Fiorentina pulled the plug on a move for the midfielder, writes Simon Collings.
Torreira spent last season on loan at the Italian club and they had the option to make the deal permanent this summer for a fee of €15million (£13m).
Fiorentina refused to pay that price, however, and had been hoping to sign the Uruguayan for less.
A deal has now collapsed and Torreira has been left with an uncertain future at Arsenal with only a year remaining on his contract.
Lewandowski would be ‘perfect’ for Chelsea

LaLiga seek PSG and Man City punishment

LaLiga have filed a complaint to UEFA over alleged Financial Fair Play violations by Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City.
The two clubs have spent heavily in recent years, enjoying great domestic success as a result, but have not received Champions League bans from any FFP checks.
City were initially suspended after a UEFA investigation only to successfully appeal that part of the verdict at the Court of Arbitration for Sport in the summer of 2020.
LaLiga president Javier Tebas said last month the league would take legal action against the French club after Kylian Mbappe snubbed a widely-tipped move to Real Madrid at the 11th hour and renewed his contract with PSG until 2025.

Kounde had an operation on his groin on Tuesday after coming off at half-time during France’s Nations League defeat by Croatia in Paris.
The surgery, however, was understood to be pre-planned as the defender has been managing an ongoing issue.

Liverpool have signed Darwin Nunez on a deal potentially worth a club-record £85illion.
The striker arrives from Benfica in a deal worth an initial £65m, with very achievable add-ons that could take the deal to £85m. Manchester United had made Nunez one of their key targets but the Reds were in pole position after firming up their interest.
Nunez will wear the no27 shirt number and has signed a six-year deal.
