TUF 21 Finale Gate and Attendance from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas

The Ultimate Fighting Championship released the attendance and gate figures stemming from The Ultimate Fighter 21 Finale during the event’s post-fight press conference in Las Vegas on Sunday.

A total of 4,844 spectators were inside the MGM Grand Garden Arena to witness The Ultimate Fighter: American Top Team vs. Blackzilians Finale, garnering $291,000 in gate receipts.

Stephen “Wonderboy” Thompson logged a highlight-reel knockout in the main event and took home a Performance of the Night bonus for his spinning hook kick knockout of Jake Ellenberger.

Kamaru Usman defeated American Top Team’s Hayder Hassan by submission in the co-main event to earn the Blackzilians the TUF trophy and $300,000 in prize money.

Those in attendance also witnessed the UFC debut of former Invicta FC atomweight champion Michelle Waterson. “The Karate Hottie” displayed a well-rounded game on her way to a submission win over TUF 20’s Angela Magana.
