UFC Fight Night 80: Namajunas vs. VanZant took place in front of a sold out crowd inside The Chelsea at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas on Thursday.

The event, which aired on UFC Fight Pass, drew 1,643 spectators and brought in $234,725 in gate receipts announced UFC president Dana White during the post-fight press conference.

Third-ranked women’s strawweight Rose Namajunas dominated seventh-ranked Paige VanZant in the fight card’s main event. She won the striking exchanges and showed superior grappling on her way to a fifth-round submission win.

The Ultimate Fighter 15 winner Michael Chiesa picked up the biggest win over his career in the co-main event, defeating veteran Jim Miller by rear-naked choke in the second round.

The event featured twelve fights with nine ending in finishes.
