Molly McCann and Paddy Pimblett were inseparable throughout fight week and it was impossible to separate them on UFC Fight Night at the O2 Arena in London.

Both Brits scored crushing victories in their bouts on the main card of UFC London, sending the sell-out crowd into a delirium.

McCann scored a devastating first-round stoppage of Hannah Goldy. She hit Goldy with a right and then a spinning elbow. Goldy went down and McCann quickly finished the flyweight fight.

The crowd went wild as McCann celebrated her second consecutive TKO finish at the O2.

A few moments later, Pimblett overcame a slow start to submit Jordan Leavitt. The first round was close, with Leavitt having control and Pimblett the more impactful moves, but the second was no contest.

Pimblett caught Leavitt with a knee to the head that was the beginning of the end. Pimblett not only quickly got Leavitt’s back, he trapped Leavitt’s right arm with his own leg. When he sunk in the rear naked choke, Leavitt was unable to pry Pimblett’s arms from his neck and he was forced to tap.

He wasn’t thrilled with the struggle in the first.

“That was s***,” he said. “I’m better than that.”

He showed that in the second as he decisively finished Leavitt.

McCann jumped into the cage and celebrated with Pimblett as the fans roared their approval.
