Vin Abrenica joins ABS-CBN

20 May - TV5 has lost another one of its stars, as "My Fair Lady" actor Vin Abrenica recently signed a management contract with ABS-CBN.

As reported on ABS-CBN News, the actor, who is also the younger brother of Kapuso star Aljur Abrenica, announced the news via Instagram recently, with a photo taken with Star Creatives head Malou Santos and manager Noel Ferrer.

"Thankful #BestTimesAhead," the caption read.

The 24-year-old, however, is no stranger to the Kapamilya network, having appeared in its various shows since last year, including the recent episode of the Sunday variety show, "ASAP".

The former "Artista Academy" winner also previously expressed hope to be able to work with Kapamilya's primetime princess, Liza Soberano.

Last month, it was Kapatid's own Primetime Princess, Ritz Azul, who left the network to join the ABS-CBN family for what she called "a better career direction".
