Wanderers have announced a new partnership with ebuyer that will see the tech retailer’s logo displayed on the back of the club’s shirts for the next three seasons.

The Whites have not yet revealed any of their strips for the upcoming League One campaign following the Pick Our Kits vote, which allowed supporters to choose between several proposed designs.

Last season, Bolton-based company Arbworks saw their logo featured on the back of the shirts as Ian Evatt’s side finished third and reached the play-off final.

An official statement read: “The ebuyer branding will appear on the back of Wanderers’ first team shirts from next season as the Whites look to continue progressing the club both on and off pitch.

“Founded in 1999, ebuyer is one of the UK’s leading independent tech retailers - selling laptops, gaming consoles, PCs and more from world-leading brands.

“Supporters will also see ebuyer’s branding on the club’s LED pitchside advertising as well as Wanderers' digital platforms from next season.”

Rich Marsden, CEO of ebuyer and Wanderers fan, told the club website: “ebuyer are delighted to support Bolton Wanderers in the next stage of the club’s resurgence under Sharon (Brittan), Neil (Hart) and the board.”

He added: “The direction in which the club is moving is extremely positive and something we are honoured to be involved with. As a lifelong supporter, I know how much of a fantastic community club this is, with an incredibly loyal fanbase.”

Wanderers’ head of commercial Carl Sanderson explained: “ebuyer are a reputable and trusted brand across the UK, and we are delighted to have them on board. We can’t wait to work with them across the duration of the partnership.”
