Watch: Dylan Hartley tackles 40mph winds to launch Mitsubishi Motors Intelligent Motion Campaign

Mitsubishi Motors in the UK, the Official Performance Partner of England Rugby, is using ‘Intelligent Motion’ to test the team ahead of the Old Mutual Wealth Series by putting players through a series of cutting edge performance tests.

England Rugby Captain, Dylan Hartley and fellow teammates, Jonny May and Alex Goode put their skills to the test through a series of intuitive challenges at the MIRA Transport Technology Centre in Nuneaton. The England Internationals were faced with winds of up to 45 mph while testing their quick feet drills, target practice and hand eye co-ordination.

Combining the brand’s heritage in innovation and technology with England Rugby head coach, Eddie Jones’ intelligent intuition for the game, the players’ reactions, accuracy, and agility were all performance tested.

The Intelligent Motion campaign builds on the partnership with England Rugby which will shine a light on the smart thinking and play within the team. The brand’s support for the game is from grassroots level all the way up to the elite squad, building towards the 2019 Rugby World Cup.

As Performance Partner, Mitsubishi Motors will be supporting the next generation of England players, as principal partner and front of shirt sponsor of the England U20s, U18s, and elite player pathway.
