SOUTHAMPTON'S season will all come down to Sunday's crucial Championship playoff final with Leeds United at Wembley.

Russell Martin's men saw off West Brom comfortably in the second leg to set up a meeting with the Yorkshire side, who overcame Norwich City in similarly convincing fashion.

Saints will be hoping for a repeat of the two successes they had over their final opponents in the regular Championship season.

The winner will earn promotion to the Premier League, joining Leicester City and Ipswich Town in the top flight.

How can I watch it on TV?

TV coverage of the match is scheduled to start at 2pm on the Sky Sports Football channel with Sky Sports Main Event beginning their coverage at 2.45pm - with the kick-off at 3pm.

You can also watch the match if you purchase a Now TV sports pass. A day pass currently costs £14.99, while a month pass costs £26.

International viewers can still watch the game via Saints Play with a match pass costing £10.

How do I listen?

The club's official channel, Saints Play, will provide audio commentary of the game for a fee with a monthly pass currently set at £4.49.

Local listeners will also be able to catch the game through radio commentary on BBC Radio Solent on DAB or 96.1MHz.

There will also be live radio commentary on talkSPORT with build-up beginning at 11AM from Wembley BoxPark before coverage from Wembley Stadium starts.
