West Ham 2024/25 Premier League fixtures in full as Julen Lopetegui era begins vs Aston Villa
A new era begins at West Ham United this season with Julen Lopetegui taking charge of the Hammers following David Moyes' exit as manager at the conclusion of the 2023/24 season.
Moyes managed to guide the Hammers to a ninth-place finish in the league last season, but his second spell as manager came to an end, leaving a memorable Europa Conference League trophy in the cabinet.
In his place now is Julen Lopetegui, the former Spain, Sevilla and Wolves manager who was infamously dismissed by his national side on the eve of the 2018 World Cup tournament after news had leaked about a move to Real Madrid.
Lopetegui's first game as Hammers boss will be at the London Stadium, taking charge against Unai Emery's Aston Villa side. A run of four London derbies in the next five games follows that, with a clash against last season's champions Manchester City thrown in for good measure.

In terms of notable games, the Hammers are up against old rivals Chelsea at home on the weekend of September 21st, and have an away trip to Southampton for their Boxing Day fixture.
A trip to Stamford Bridge comes at the beginning of February, while the season finishes with a trip to Portman Road against newly-promoted Ipswich Town.
