Hard Boiled Eggs In Your Air Fryer? You Got It.@kalejunkie @lowcarbstateofmind

There's no better feeling than nailing the perfect hard boiled egg. Easy to peel, a little jammy and delicious on its own, it's the ultimate remedy for those mid-week morning blues. But what if we told you that we had discovered a way to make hard boiling your eggs a million times easier? Enter, the air fryer (our ride or die kitchen gadget at the moment).

Yep! You really can make hard boiled eggs in your air fryer, and the process couldn't be any easier. It's as simple as placing your eggs in the basket, air frying at 135ºC for 15 minutes, and then soaking them in an ice bath. THAT'S IT.

Sure, it might sound too good to be true. But take it from us, we've tried and tested this wonderful hack and can easily say it's one of the simplest, most stress-free ways of making hard boiled eggs.

Don't worry – if you haven't got an air fryer to hand, you can also make hard boiled eggs using your oven.

Yep, get this… a very simple hack for ‘hard boiling’ 12 eggs at a time, all you need is a 12-cup muffin tin and a bowl of ice water. Place an egg into each muffin compartment, and pop them in the oven for around 30 minutes. Once cooked, place them into a bowl of ice water to stop them cooking any more. Leave them in there for around 10 minutes, then they’re ready to go!

Who knew there were so many ways to make hard boiled eggs?

Seeing as though you've now got your perfectly hard boiled eggs, how about grating them? I know, it sounds weird... but allow me to explain.

Over the course of this year, people on TikTok have been grating their hard boiled eggs onto freshly toasted sourdough and avocado slices to make the most premium version of avo on toast ever known to humanity. And we've been loving every second of it.

First brought to our attention via @healthyishfoods earlier this year, the step-by-step recipe video has gathered over 4.1 million views along with thousands of likes and comments. Grate, or what?
