Jennifer Lopez loves a nearly nude look more than your average celebrity, and who can blame her? The star puts in some serious graft when it comes to her fitness routine (her PT previously set us a month of butt workouts, and we can attest they are no joke), but she also knows when to dial it down.
Her former PT Jay Cardiello told us that while his clients, including J.Lo, 'give their workouts everything they can', 'Everyone experiences times where they donât feel like working out.' If that's the case, they give the gym a miss. He also shared that when doing weighted exercises, he enforces 30 to 60 seconds rest between sets, so that his clients can focus on form. It's all about #balance, and judging by the times she's rocked red carpet naked dresses and super revealing bikinis, it's clearly working wonders for J.Lo's physique.
