Scrolling through all the gorgeous dresses our favourite celebrities wear on the red carpet is one of our favourite pastimes. From the Emmys to the Met Gala, the Baftas to the Oscars, 2023 was one of the best years for red carpet fashion, and we're enjoying watching the A-list make 2024 even better.
First up, January saw the return of one of the most glamorous events in the film industry: the Golden Globes. This was followed by the Critics' Choice Awards and the Emmys, with music's stars taking the stage for the Grammys in early February. Then, it was the UK's turn to enjoy the spotlight, with the Baftas at Southbank Centre's Royal Festival Hall, also in February.
The Oscars in March was a real highlight, with the likes of Emma Stone, Margot Robbie and Jennifer Lawrence debuting show-stopping looks for us all to swoon over.
But last night (Sunday 6 May), it was finally time for the Met Gala, aka 'fashion's biggest night', when the A-list took to a cream carpet wearing imaginative outfits inspired by the 2024 dress code: The Garden of Time.
