Arne Slot inspirational team talk went viral as Liverpool get hint of what's to come
Arne Slot continues to be linked with being the next manager at Liverpool.
News emerged this week that Slot was now one of the leading candidates to replace Jurgen Klopp in the Anfield dugout this summer. It's understood that the Feyenoord boss is held in high regard by Fenway Sports Group and Liverpool as their process to appoint a new manager continues.
Slot spoke for the first time about the rumours linking him with being Klopp's successor on Thursday. Speculation continues to swirl around who could be in charge of the Reds on the opening day of next season.

Ever since the news emerged that Slot was a contender to be the next Liverpool manager, fans have begun doing their research on who exactly could be taking charge of their side next season. As a result, a video has surfaced on social media that shows a famous team talk from Slot.
In March last year, Slot guided Feyenoord to a famous 3-2 win over Ajax in the Eredivisie. The victory played a key role in his side beating the Dutch giants to the league title last season, which was the first time that the club had won away against their bitter rivals since 2005.
Feyenoord posted a video last year that showed Slot's team talk after the final whistle at the Johan Cruyff Arena in Amsterdam. The 71-second video showed Slot giving an emotional speech to his players, which could be a sign of what Liverpool's squad can expect if the 45-year-old is appointed by FSG this summer.
"The reason we are where we are is because you work your a** off every single day and that’s the reason why you could beat this team here in their own stadium, without our fans even being here," he said.
"But, that again is an obligation for the upcoming weeks because you guys are going all to the national teams. Some will play, some don’t but we need to stay fit boys. This is only a win, it’s not more than a win. It’s a big win but it’s not more than a win.
"We have a bigger goal this season than only winning for the first time in 17 years in Amsterdam. Our goal is bigger than that. So take care of your body, make sure come fit as you soon can back to the club so we can go for the last two months and make this season even more special than you already have.
"We’re not gonna be small. It’s only a win in Amsterdam. That's what we did here. I would say before but that’s not completely true.
"So enjoy the win because it is a big win but take the obligation with you to the national team because we need you back fit. Because then we are going to make this season even more special."
