Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham continue to prove major players in this summer’s transfer window. All three have lofty ambitions heading into the new season, with Thomas Tuchel now spending the money co-owner Todd Boehly has to burn. A deal for Jules Kounde is reportedly close, giving Chelsea their third summer signing.

“Mikel was the guy with [technical director] Edu, they didn’t let me go because they wanted to keep me here,” Xhaka told ESPN.

Djed Spence became Spurs’ sixth summer signing earlier this week, following Fraser Forster, Ivan Perisic, Yves Bissouma, Richarlison and Clement Lenglet into the club.

Conte consistently called for improvement during his first few months in charge and has cashed in on the assurances both Daniel Levy and Fabio Paratici granted him at the end of last season.

Thomas Tuchel has provided an update on the several Chelsea youngsters facing an uncertain future after loan spells away from the club.

West Ham have made a £30million plus add-ons bid for the injured Armando Broja, who has returned to London for treatment on an ankle injury.

“Armando was injured and I don't expect Armando to leave. We are aware of offers and interest. It just tells us that there's a lot of potential,” said the German.
