Although you might think you have pretty much all the information you can gather when it comes to rosters, roles and depth charts, here’s one more list of sleepers to consult as you get ready for your draft:
1. WR Zay Flowers, Baltimore Ravens
You saw what he was capable of at the end of last season, and in Year 2, I expect him to be more of a WR2 type even with Mark Andrews around.
2. QB Jayden Daniels, Washington Commanders
Feels like the hype makes him less sleeper-ish, but if you see him drop outside the top 10 QBs, go grab him. He'll rush a ton and has a good offense to run.
3. RB Brian Robinson Jr., Washington Commanders
I'm not worried about Austin Ekeler. Robinson will get a lot of carries and some red zone looks, even if the QB listed above gets more goal-line calls.
4. RB Chase Brown, Cincinnati Bengals
Zack Moss is there, but Brown has explosivity. That could mean you get him for a discount in your draft.
5. RB Jerome Ford, Cleveland Browns
How quickly is the injured Nick Chubb coming back? Good question. Because Ford is capable of being RB1 for this team for a while.
6. RB Blake Corum, Los Angeles Rams
We know this: Corum was good in college, was taken by the Rams in the draft despite a big year from Kyren Williams, they're saying Williams will return punts ... what more do you need to get Corum late?
7. TE Taysom Hill, New Orleans Saints
What you see with Hill is what you get: some serious red zone action, a bunch of carries, catches and the occasional pass. There will be weeks where he goes single-digits in scoring, but the big weeks at a low price are worth a late pick.
8. WR Khalil Shakir, Buffalo Bills
We saw a little bit of what he could do last year, and now there is uncertainty when it comes to the receiving corps without Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis. He could end up with more work than you think.
9. RB Bucky Irving, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
How much do you trust Rachaad White? My answer is .... not much, so maybe grab Irving to see if he takes over.
10. WR Xavier Worthy, Kansas City Chiefs
Patrick Mahomes lacked a deep threat last year. He has one now with blazing speed. You do the math.
11. RB Tyjae Spears, Tennessee Titans
Tony Pollard should obviously get a lot of touches, but Spears is so good that he may take over with more work in a 50-50 split.
Amari Cooper, DeAndre Hopkins and Davante Adams all went to different teams the past few weeks. Fantasy football analyst and neuroscientist Renee Miller investigates the fallout now that recency bias has faded.
