More on this storyline
Shams Charania: Denver Nuggets forward Aaron Gordon has agreed to a four-year, $133 million contract extension with the franchise, with a player option in 2028-29 and a trade kicker, Klutch Sports’ Calvin Andrews and Rich Paul, and Elise Gordon told ESPN. -via x.com / October 21, 2024
Chris Haynes: AG will opt into his $22.8 million player option for the 2025-26 season and receive his max number the remaining three years. -via x.com / October 21, 2024
Brian Windhorst: From what I understand, they are negotiating with Aaron Gordon. Aaron Gordon was eligible for a four-year, $150 million-ish contract extension. They haven't handed out that offer, otherwise he would have signed it. From what I understand, they are negotiating and they're hopeful of getting him at less than what would be his quote, unquote max. We'll see if that get that done, but I think they're trying to do a negotiation there. -via YouTube / October 18, 2024
