BBC insider reveals Rangers 'VENOM' made Willie Miller go 'oof' as utter fury explodes inside Pittodrie
Leading BBC commentator Liam McLeod has clued in supporters on the "venom" which Rangers' flops were subjected to at the final whistle after their chastening defeat to Aberdeen.
And the apoplexy shown from the away supporters left Dons legend Willie Miller saying "oof" as the travelling fans told Philippe Clement and his under-fire stars exactly where to go after they slipped nine points behind Aberdeen and Celtic with their Premiership title hopes all-but extinguished before Halloween. Clement was unbowed post-match, however, the sheer anger shown from punters was broadcast to the nation.
Speaking on BBC Sportsound, McLeod said: "Willie (Miller) saw the reaction, when the team went out to the south stand to, I say applaud them, to applaud them for the support they had given to them this evening. We're at the other side of the stadium and we could see the venom which was coming at them. Philippe Clement is under serious duress right now, massive questions over his longevity in the Rangers role now. Rangers are in big bother."
