Birmingham City will begin their 2024/25 League One campaign with a home match against Reading.

New manager Chris Davies will take charge of his first game at St Andrew's against a Royals side that overcame a points deduction last season to finish 17th under Ruben Selles. The 5:30pm kick-off time suggests the game will be broadcast live on Sky Sports.

Blues will travel to Wycombe Wanderers the following weekend for their first away game of the campaign before another road trip to Leyton Orient. Blues end August at home against Wigan Athletic.
