Pastrnak is on pace to break his career-high of 48 goals in a season — which won him the Rocket Richard Trophy in 2019-20 — and crack the 50-goal mark for the first time in his career.
The winger is in the final year of a six-year, $40 million contract ($6.666 million AAV) and has been considered to be one of the biggest bargains in the NHL over the last few seasons.
