Caitlin Clark's technical foul for slapping a stanchion again is the worst call
Seriously, this is so ridiculous.
Last month, Caitlin Clark let out her frustration on a basket stanchion -- not a player! A stanchion! -- and got whistled for a technical foul. It was dumb then for a referee to whistle her for that.
It's happened again. Early in Friday's Indiana Fever and Las Vegas Aces contest, she got called for a standard foul ... and then she whacked another stanchion. Boom, she got a technical. You can see her say "Oh my God" as her teammates surround her, and who could blame her?
