Chesham United’s first-round FA Cup clash against Lincoln City this evening is on the verge of being a sell out.

The Meadow is expected to be at full capacity for when the Imps come to the town, in what is the final game of this stage.

The final set of tickets for the fixture have now gone on sale, and once they have been purchased, no more will be allocated at the stadium which can hold around 5,000 spectators.

The Generals, who play in the National League South, will be hoping to cause an upset against the League One team after several clubs in the division have already been eliminated.

Kettering Town and Tamworth of the Non League eliminated Northampton Town and Huddersfield Town respectively, whilst Wrexham, who sit third in the third tier, were knocked out by League Two Harrogate on Sunday afternoon.

If Chesham were to pull off one of the biggest shocks of the round, they will travel to Crawley Town in the second round at the end of November/start of December.

The match will kick-off at 7.15pm.
