Confirmed Motherwell v Rangers team news as Philippe Clement makes 2 changes
It's time for the second act of this week's Premier Sports Cup double bill as Motherwell meet Rangers at Hampden.
Last night, the national stadium played host to a Celtic rout of Aberdeen as six goals went unanswered for Brendan Rodgers' side. Philippe Clement could do with a similarly imposing performance as his coat remains on a shoogly Ibrox peg, with results not going his way as of late and many fans wanting a new face in the dugout.
For Motherwell, their manager Stuart Kettlewell has a bit of an injury crisis to deal with, and captaincy duties now rest on the shoulder of 18-year-old Lennon Miller as his fine introduction to football continues. The Steelmen will likely never have fancied their chances more than they do this afternoon against Rangers - with both sides vying for a spot in the season's first final.
