It's international break time again as Scotland host Croatia in a key fixture that the national side need to win.

Part one of a crunch Nations League double-header sees Luka Modric and Co visit Hampden in a game that Scotland will go into viewing as a MUST win. Bottom-placed Scotland in their NL group will be relegated if they lose to Croatia and Poland avoid defeat against Portugal in Porto, or if they draw and Poland win. But victory would give Scotland the chance to move above Poland by winning in Warsaw on Monday with second place still a possibility. Finishing third consigns Scotland to a relegation play-off with one of the runners-up from League B.

Manager Steve Clarke has named his side to face Croatia and had a few tricky decisions to make for his starting XI. John McGinn returned to the national side for this camp after missing the last one, but the team that started against Portugal would well have been named again and no one would have grumbled.
