It's been over a year since basketball phenom Cooper Flagg made a commitment to play for the Duke University Blue Devils, and the college freshman is finally about to don the Duke uniform tonight for his first regular season game. Flagg, who originally hails from Newport, Maine, will play his first college game against Duke's rival from his home state, the University of Maine Black Bears.
