Doku, Grealish, Dias - Man City injury latest and return dates as Pep Guardiola dealt fresh setback
Manchester City were beaten at Brighton on Saturday as their battered and bruised squad lost another member to injury.
City are already without a host of names with Rodri sidelined for the season and Oscar Bobb a long-term absentee. Defensive duo John Stones and Ruben Dias are out while Jack Grealish is not fit to feature for his club despite being called into the England squad.
Kyle Walker is not fit enough to be playing 90 minutes on a regular basis yet was pressed into exactly that at Brighton with Manuel Akanji and Nathan Ake having reported fitness issues with both unused substitutes at the Amex. And Jeremy Doku was missing completely with the winger injured. Here's the latest City injury news.

What we know: Doku missed the defeat at Brighton with what is understood to be a fresh injury. City will hope it is not a serious problem and that he can recover in the international break.

Nathan Ake
Injury: Fitness issues
What we know: The defender was an unused sub at Brighton having reported a fitness issue. He's not in the Netherlands squad for their international fixtures and should be fit to return after the break.

Manuel Akanji
Injury: Fitness issues
What we know: Similar to Ake, the Switzerland international was not fit enough to feature at Brighton and remained on the bench. Another who will benefit from a two week break if he wasn't away on Nations League duty

What we know: Stones is sidelined with a plantar fasciitis foot issue. He has been left out of the England squad and won't play again until after the international break.

What we know: Dias was replaced at half time in the cup tie at Spurs and is set to be out until after the international break.

What we know: The winger picked up an injury in training ahead of the Champions League tie with Sparta Prague and although he is in the England squad, Guardiola confirmed on Friday the winger would not feature at Brighton.

Injury: Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL)
What we know: Rodri has sustained a serious knee injury and will miss the rest of the campaign. The hope for City will be that he can be fit to start when the 2025-26 campaign begins.

Oscar Bobb
Injury: Fractured Leg
What we know: The Norwegian suffered his leg break in August and he is now in a race against the clock to come back before the end of the year. The hope is that Bobb will play some part over the festive period.
