Final Premier League table predicted with Arsenal given title verdict
The final Premier League table has been predicted by a supercomputer after a busy weekend of top-flight action.
Arsenal returned to winning ways in the Premier League with a 3-0 win over Nottingham Forest at the Emirates Stadium thanks to goals from Bukayo Saka, Thomas Partey and Ethan Nwaneri.
Chelsea also claimed an important win over Leicester City, with Nicolas Jackson and Enzo Fernandez scoring in a 2-1 win at the King Power Stadium.

Elsewhere, Tottenham Hotspur ran out 4-0 winners against reigning champions Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium with goals from Pedro Porro, Brennan Johnson and a James Maddison brace.

The system has looked at the numbers and predicted that Arsenal will finish third in the final Premier League table. The supercomputer believes that the Gunners will finish with 73.9 points, which is more than six behind predicted winners Liverpool with 81.1 points. Manchester City are tipped to finish second with 75.9 points.
Chelsea are predicted to finish fourth, two points behind Arsenal with 73.9 and will qualify for the Champions League.
Tottenham could still qualify for the Champions League based on the prediction which has them fifth on 64.1 points. However, a spot in Europe's premier cup competition will only be possible based on where England stands in UEFA's coefficients.
Arsenal have been given a 13.8% chance of winning the Premier League title. Chelsea have a 4.4% chance, while Spurs have a 0.9% likelihood of winning the title.
In terms of the top four, Arsenal are near-certain to qualify for the Champions League with an 84.8% likelihood. Chelsea have a 61.8% chance, while Tottenham's hopes are valued at 28.7%.
