FORMER U'S: Ex-Colchester attacker is man of the match on debut for Magpies
FORMER Colchester United winger Courtney Senior enjoyed an impressive debut for his new club Chorley after joining them on a month's loan.
The 27-year-old was in impressive form to help the National League North side beat Warrington Rylands 3-2, in the Isuzu FA Trophy.
Senior's delightful through ball provided the assist for Tom Carr's opener for Chorley.

Senior joined Andy Preece's Magpies side on a one-month loan deal from National League outfit, Rochdale last week.
Chorley boss Preece told the Chorley website: "Courtney is a player we've had an eye on for quite some time.
"He's an exciting player, with bags of experience that should get our supporters up off their seats.
"A massive thank you to Rochdale for making the deal possible."

Senior made nearly 150 appearances for Colchester between 2016 and 2021.
The attacker was one of a number of players to leave the U's in May 2021, following the expiry of his contract at the JobServe Community Stadium.
The former Brentford youngster made 145 appearances for the U’s and scored 14 goals, during his five-year stint with Colchester.
Senior joined Colchester in June 2016 but experienced a nightmare first season with the U’s after suffering an anterior cruciate ligament, in pre-season.
But he went on to become a first-team regular for the U's in League Two under John McGreal and then his successor, Steve Ball.
After leaving Colchester, he joined Newport County AFC in the summer of 2021 and has since gone onto play for the likes of AFC Wimbledon, Hartlepool United, Barnet and Rochdale.
He is now looking to make a positive impression, on loan at Chorley.
