Frank Lampard makes two changes to Coventry City team to face West Bromwich Albion
Frank Lampard has made two changes to his Coventry City side to face West Bromwich Albion at The Hawthorns tonight.
Not surprisingly, the head coach has kept faith with Brad Collins in goal and the same back four after Saturday’s rare clean sheet that helped the new boss secure his first three points in charge of the club with a 1-0 win at Millwall.
That means Bobby Thomas and Joel Latibeaudiere again partner each other at the heart of the defence while Milan van Ewijk continues at right-back and Jake Bidwell at left-back. The first change sees Josh Eccles come back into the midfield alongside Ben Sheaf on a night when Victor Torp drops to the bench, while Jack Rudoni will again operate as the number ten in an expected 4-2-3-1 formation.

That leaves Tatsuhiro Sakamoto and Ephron Mason-Clark to occupy the right and left wings, respectively, leaving Norman Bassette to lead the line as he comes in as a straight swap for Ellis Simms.
Former Albion striker Brandon Thomas-Asante is among the substitutes on his first return to Albion, while Fabio Tavares is the other back-up striker, should he be required later in the game.
