When was Jonathon Brooks' injury?
Brooks tore his ACL in Texas' 29-26 win over TCU on Nov. 11, 2023 and missed the Longhorns' games against Oklahoma State and Michigan. He had surgery shortly after and began rehabilitation.

Yes, Brooks was on the field during OTAs and was seen in early August participating in drills.

The Panthers placed him on the non-football injury and non-football illness (NFI) list to start the season.
When will Jonathon Brooks play?
Because he was placed on the NFI list, Brooks will miss Week 4. The earliest he can return is Week 5 for Carolina's game against Chicago. Panthers head coach Dave Canales said Brooks is one of many players that are close to returning to the field.
