Latest Chelsea injury news with Cole Palmer decision amid Wesley Fofana concern
Chelsea will face a nervous wait over the international break to discover if any of the injuries within the squad will begin to ease.
Enzo Maresca has guided Chelsea to third place in his debut season as Blues manager heading into the November international break, nine points adrift of leaders Liverpool and four behind second-placed Manchester City in the Premier League table.
Sunday saw Chelsea held to a 1-1 draw with Arsenal in the top-flight clash at Stamford Bridge, with Pedro Neto's sublime strike cancelling out the opener from Gabriel Martinelli.
Maresca has been forced to deal with several injury concerns across the early months of his first season in charge at Chelsea, and it was no different against Arsenal.
Cole Palmer was a doubt heading into the game with a fitness concern but did play the full 90 minutes against the Gunners.
However, it was confirmed on Monday that Palmer has been withdrawn from the England squad for the forthcoming Nations League fixtures against Greece and the Republic of Ireland. Levi Colwill, who also played the full game against Arsenal, has also withdrawn from the Three Lions squad and is expected to work on his fitness alongside Palmer at Cobham over the next two weeks.

There is also concern for Chelsea over the fitness of defender Wesley Fofana after the draw with Arsenal. Fofana was originally part of the France squad but has been withdrawn due to a potential issue with his knee, according to RMC Sport.
Chelsea will also be waiting on the fitness of Jadon Sancho after the forward missed the last few matches through illness and an injury concern. Maresca had hoped last week that Sancho could recover in time to feature against Arsenal, after confirming that the 24-year-old would not be available for the Europa Conference League clash against FC Noah.
"Jadon is recovering from illness, but he also had a knock in a session," Maresca told reporters last week. "Tomorrow [vs FC Noah] he is out but we will see if he can be available for Sunday’s game [vs Arsenal], otherwise it will be after the international break for him.
Omari Kellyman, who signed for Chelsea last summer from Aston Villa, is yet to make his first appearance for the Blues after suffering a hamstring injury. It remains to be seen when the talented midfielder will be available for Maresca's squad.
