Liverpool hero Roberto Firmino shows true colours in classy 10-word Luis Diaz message
Liverpool icon Roberto Firmino has sent a message to Luis Diaz after his no-look goal against Bayer Leverkusen. The Colombian completed his hat-trick with a cheeky finish to send the Reds top of the Champions League.
Diaz helped Liverpool to a 4-0 win over the German champions and sent supporters down memory lane as he channelled the Brazilian to round off the scoring. Darwin Nunez lost his footing as he fired goalwards but the blocked effort landed at the 27-year-old's feet, who made no mistake.
Fond memories remain from Firmino's trophy-laden spell at Anfield, whether it was his flair or match-winning moments but he also caught the eye with his no-look goals.

In light of Tuesday's important win over Xabi Alonso's side, Firmino commented on his former Liverpool teammates social media post. He said: "No look goal done. I saw little hand... big hug," with a smile face, folded hands and three fire emojis.
"I learned a lot from you Manito..! a big hug," the Liverpool winger replied. It was a player-of-the-match-winning performance from Diaz and he was keen to temper expectations after a blistering start under new head coach, Arne Slot.
"The manager makes it clear to us exactly what he wants, what he wants from us in our positions," he said. "The most important thing is three points in this edition of the Champions League, so we can keep progressing in the competition.
"Things have gone so well with the new manager, and it wasn't easy for him to come in to fill Jurgen Klopp's shoes. Hopefully we'll have something to show for it at the end of the season.
"We have some really good quality players, and I really enjoyed playing in that position tonight. I'm happy to be on the pitch, I need to go out and get that ball now, because I need to keep it in a special place at home."
