Mike Tyson's net worth

As former undisputed heavyweight champion of the world, it'll come as no surprise to learn that Tyson is estimated to have earned over £234million throughout his boxing career ($300million) but would end up losing it all. Forbes believes Tyson's total career earnings, including life after boxing, could be as high as £535million ($685million)

Flashy cars, expensive houses and pet tigers - Tyson has had it all, but was forced to declare for bankruptcy in 2003 with reports at the time claiming the former boxer had £17.9million ($23million) worth of debt.

However, despite that financial setback, he's rebuilt his finances with his net worth, according to Wealthy Gorilla, estimated to be around $10million. Tyson starred in a number of movies, including The Hangover film franchise, hosted his own podcast Hotboxin’ With Mike Tyson between 2019 and 2023.

The name of the podcast is in reference to his business that offers premium marijuana strains, edibles and extracts, which has aided his financial recovery. The 58-year-old grows and sells his own brand of cannabis-based wellness produces on his Tyson Ranch.

According to Cheat Sheet, the ranch rakes in $500,000 per month from the products, but the former boxer allegedly smokes $40,000 of that with guests. Tyson, who has seven children and been divorced twice, says he won't leave any of his month to his children despite his upturn in fortune.

Jake Paul's net worth

Despite not amassing anywhere near the amount of money from his boxing career as Tyson has, according to the Evening Standard, as of November 2024, Paul has an estimated net worth of £62million ($79.4million). The majority of that money has been earned through YouTube and other social media platforms prior to taking up boxing.

That being said, the former Disney channel actor as pocketed a number of seven-figures purses from bouts in recent years. The most recent fight with Tommy Fury saw him take home an eight figure fee, according to various reports.

In 2022, Paul was named on Forbes' prestigious World's-Highest Paid Athlete list, and the following year, was named in third place on Forbes' Top Creators list.
