Neil Lennon warns Celtic team leak mole is sowing seeds of dressing room mistrust and everyone will be a suspect
Neil Lennon warns that whoever is leaking the Celtic team is sowing seeds of mistrust in the dressing room which leads to the manager suspecting EVERYONE.
Brendan Rodgers raged against the mole that lets slip his starting XIs the day before matches, accusing them of not having the club's best interests at heart, but accepting that it's part of the modern game in the digital communication age. The Hoops line up emerged online before their Premiership win over Dundee and 6-0 Premier Sports Cup semi final demolition of Aberdeen. Rodgers has vowed to plug the leak, and Lennon - who endured similar during his time in the Parkhead hot seat and previously admitted he'd turned to FORENSICS to clamp down - has revealed the internal damage it can do, as well as giving the opposition a heads-up.
“It’s something I faced the club as well as Brendan Rodgers in his first spell, it’s really disappointing," he told OLGB. "You do all your preparation and you name the team the day before the game, and then somebody's leaking it.

“That can give the opposition the upper hand or some sort of advantage, you have to go a long way to get an advantage over Celtic at the minute, but that still hurts. Knowing that somebody within the building or within the club is wanting to leak the team for whatever reason, whether that be financial or not, it’s very disappointing.
“When you're working hard behind the scenes, you want some privacy especially at a big club like Celtic, it causes mistrust and paranoia sometimes. You’d subconsciously be looking at innocent people and not wondering if it’s them, and it creates a bit of an uncomfortable atmosphere which is totally unnecessary.
“Especially when the team is going so well at the minute and there's a connection at the minute between the supporters and the team that everyone's enjoying. It’s disappointing.”
