A £30.5million deal to take the 20-year-old winger to Stamford Bridge has been announced by the Blues, their sixth arrival of the transfer window and 15th of the season.
Previous players to wear the 31 shirt at Chelsea include Malang Sarr, Fikayo Tomori, George Weah and Andreas Christensen.
Madueke started his career with Barnet and was part of the youth set-ups at Crystal Palace and Tottenham before moving to PSV.
‘I’m really pleased to sign with one of the best clubs in the world in Chelsea,’ Madueke said after completing his transfer.
‘To return to England and play in the Premier League is a dream for me and my family and I can’t wait to get started. I am excited for what the future holds, the owner’s vision for the future and to be at a club like this and winning at the highest level.’
