Photos: 2024 3M Open merchandise has a throwback Thursday feel

BLAINE, Minn. — The PGA Tour's 3M Open is just in its sixth edition but that didn't stop it from offering some throwback looks in the merchandise shop this year. The best-designed shirts and hoodies look as if they were straight out of the 1970s.
Other favorites: some designs leaning into the state's fondness for fishing with a lure as a golf ball and a kid version that says Gone Golfing.
Tasc, Levelwear and UNRL join the likes of Nike, FootJoy, Under Armour and Peter Millar as apparel companies selling their products. It's a good mix although Pukka's "BRDEHNTR" cap could buy a few vowels — one shopper wasn't sure if it was supposed to be Bride Hunter or Birdie Hunter. "Maybe it's meant to be both," she said. Laughter ensured.
