Here are the player ratings of Plymouth Live's Argyle reporter Chris Errington from the Pilgrims' crushing 6-1 defeat by Norwich City at Carrow Road. You can give your marks too using our special widget further down this story.

Dan Grimshaw 3 - It cannot be helping the Argyle goalkeeper's confidence that he is conceding so many goals away from home behind such a leaky defence.

Kornel Szucs 3 - Has generally had a good season but really struggled against Norwich. Szucs simply could not deal with City's top scorer Borja Sainz. He did at least win the ball back for Argyle in the build-up to Mustapha Bundu's 39th minute goal, which cut the visitors' deficit to 2-1.

Julio Pleguezuelo 3 - After some good recent games, Pleguezuelo made way too many mistakes against Norwich, although he was certainly not alone in that. Norwich got their sixth and final goal in the 82nd minute when Ante Crnac raced clear after a slip by the Argyle defender.

Victor Palsson 3 - The experienced Iceland international still does not look the part in the Championship. He played on the left of the Pilgrims' defensive trio because of the recurrence of a thigh injury to Lewis Gibson.

Matty Sorinola 3 - As was the case with Kornel Szucs, right wing-back Sorinola found Borja Sainz too much to deal with, affording City's hat-trick hero all the time and space he wanted.

Adam Randell 4 - This crushing defeat will have hurt Plymouth-born Randell, who will captained the side on their night to forget. When Argyle did occasionally make a clearance, it was often the skipper who did it.

Darko Gyabi 3 - Had a shot from 20 yards out after a good break forward when it was only 1-0 to Norwich but he sent the ball straight at Norwich 'keeper Angus Gunn. Otherwise, had very little impact on the match.

Bali Mumba 3 - Not anywhere close to the return to his former club Norwich that the left wing-back would have hoped for. In the first half he was in a good crossing position but attempted a stepover and inadvertently kicked the ball out for a City goal-kick. That summed up Argyle's night.

Mustapha Bundu 4 - Took his goal well, firing past Angus Gunn after he was set-up by Andre Gray and it offered hope Argyle could get something out of the game before they crumbled in the second half and conceded four times.

Callum Wright 4 - Played as one of the two 'number 10s' behind Andre Gray in Argyle's 3-4-2-1 formation, alongside with Mustapha Bundu, but such were the team's defensive difficulties the attacking trio rarely featured in the game.

Andre Gray 4 - Had a powerful shot pushed over the bar by Angus Gunn when the score was 3-1, and assisted Mustapha Bundu for his goal late in the first half. Apart from that, he had very little of the ball to work with.

SUBSTITUTES:

Michael Obafemi 4 - Came up with a couple of dangerous attacking moments after being sent on as a 62nd minute substitute for Matty Sorinola but it did not lead to anything for Argyle.

Freddie Issaka 3 - Replaced Mustapha Bundu in the 62nd minute but it was a very tough situation for the 18-year-old - and indeed any of the players who came off the bench - to come into.

Rami Al Hajj 3 - Took over from Callum Wright in the 70th minute but to no effect as Argyle already looked resigned to their fate.

Adam Forshaw 3 - The former Norwich midfielder attempted an ambitious long-range lob of Angus Gunn in the closing stages of the game after replacing Darko Gyabi in the 70th minute but it was well off target.

Caleb Roberts - The 19-year-old made his second Championship appearance of the season when he was sent on for Andre Gray in the 80th minute.

Substitutes (not used): Marko Marosi, Nathanael Ogbeta, Lewis Gibson, Tegan Finn.
