Plymouth Argyle player ratings as Swansea City clinch away victory
Here are the player ratings of Plymouth Live's Argyle reporter Chris Errington from the Pilgrims' 2-1 defeat by Swansea City at Home Park. You can give your marks too using our special widget further down this story.
Dan Grimshaw 6 - Had no chance of preventing either Swansea goal as he was given little protection by his team-mates in front of him. Has just the one clean sheet in 15 Championship matches since signing for Argyle in August, which is more reflective of the team's defensive struggles than his shot-stopping ability.
Kornel Szucs 6 - Played at right back as Argyle lined up in a 4-2-3-1 formation and after struggling initially coped better with Swansea's Eom Ji-Sung as the game went on. Moved into central defence after a change of personnel in the second half.

Lewis Gibson 6 - Unusually for the Argyle captain he played as the right-sided centre-back rather than on the left to accommodate the return to the team of Brendan Galloway. Gibson and Kornel Szucs were left looking at each other after Liam Cullen slid in to score Swansea's second goal in the 60th minute.
Brendan Galloway 6 - Back in action for Argyle for the first time since late September after being out with an ankle injury he sustained while on international duty with Zimbabwe. It was his poor clearance which led to Jay Fulton putting Swansea ahead just before the half-time break. The positive was he was able to get 90 minutes under his belt.
Nathanael Ogbeta 5 - Was not originally supposed to play against Swansea but when Freddie Issaka had to drop out due to illness, Ogbeta played at left-back and Bali Mumba was pushed into a more advanced role.
Adam Randell 6 - Had a good free-kick opportunity in the first half after Callum Wright was tripped just outside the Swansea penalty area but Randell could not get the ball up and over the City defensive wall. His 79th minute corner led to a header from Kornel Szucs hitting the crossbar but Mustapha Bundu followed up to score.
Darko Gyabi 6 - Had a couple of promising runs in the first half halted by Swansea fouls. Out of all the combinations Argyle currently have to play in central midfield as part of a 4-2-3-1 formation, Gyabi and Adam Randell seem to be the best balanced combination.
Mustapha Bundu 6 - Played in a wide right attacking position. Scored for the second game in a row that he has played for Argyle, after also hitting the target in the 6-1 defeat at Norwich City. He will hope to build on that.
Callum Wright 7 STAR MAN - Put in a real shift for Argyle, without having too much to show for it. Off the ball, he helped out Adam Randell and Darko Gyabi in combating the midfield influence of Swansea's Matt Grimes. Going forward, Wright made some good runs and got into promising positions but the end product was not quite there.
Bali Mumba 6 - Had the chance to open the scoring after linking up with Callum Wright on the Argyle left but his shot was blocked behind for a corner off defender Ben Cabango. Mumba moved to right-back after a reshuffle during the second half and had a good battle with Swansea's Brazilian winger Ronald.
Andre Gray 5 - Argyle just could not get the experienced striker into the game. Gray has shown he knows how to finish off chances during his time with the Pilgrims but just did not have any against Swansea to add to his goal tally.
SUBSTITUTES
Michael Obafemi 5 - Played against one of his former clubs as a 60th minute substitute for Nathanael Ogbeta, immediately after Swansea had taken a 2-0 lead.
Ryan Hardie 6 - Was a 66th minute replacement for Andre Gray. Had one shot blocked behind for a corner and a looping header saved by Lawrence Vigouroux as he went in search of his first goal since September.
Rami Al Hajj - Sent on for Mustapha Bundu in the 79th minute in the hope he could inspire Argyle to come up with an equaliser but he was unable to do so.
Substitutes (not used): Conor Hazard, Jordan Houghton, Julio Pleguezuelo, Adam Forshaw, Tegan Finn, Victor Palsson.
