PREP BASEBALL: Seeger slams South Vermillion

Apr. 25—WEST LEBANON, Ind. — The Seeger baseball team scored 12 runs in the first inning and went on to a 17-5 five-inning win over South Vermillion on Thursday.

Cameron Laws had two hits and four RBIs for the Patriots, while Xavier Lang had two hits and three RBIs, Landon Walker had a home run and two RBIs, Peyton Reynolds had two RBIs, Noah Stephen had two hits and a RBI and Peyton Grimmett, Luke Pluimer and Dylan Walters each had one RBI.

Christian Holland had three strikeouts in three innings to get the win for the Patriots, who will face Covington on Monday.
